Humba de Ronda

      Ronda is famous for its Humba de Ronda (Braised Pork Belly) which  is a very popular comfort food of every Cebuano household.They have their own version of the Humba dish. They made their dish very simple by just adding the soy sauce, sugar, garlic and pork, cooking it until the pork becomes very tender that it melts in your mouth. It has a sweet sauce that bathes the pork giving the entire dish a unique tang that when you taste it, it feels like your in heaven. This is a comfort food indeed and is worthy of the praises and comments it received. After all, it took decades for the Rondanians to perfect this humble dish.
